Insulated storage

Insulated flooring are made from 100mm hard expanded polystyrene and 18mm T/G OSB sheets, screwed down to existing ceiling joist.

Wool insulation

Mineral wool is suitable for multiple applications, being an ideal insulation for increasing the thermal and acoustic comfort of buildings. It is used in the construction and rehabilitation of buildings, in ceilings, interior walls and linings for thermal and acoustic insulation.

Roof ventilation

Your roof's (attic) ventilation is a system that allows your roof and home to breathe. It works by pulling fresh air through your attic and allowing the heat to escape through your roof vents.  This is basically the installation of a vented roof tile in replacement for an existing slate or tile.

Hatch door insulation and draft proofing

Attics can be cold and humid places, and surprising amounts of heat can be lost over the winter months if attic hatches are not properly sealed and insulated.

Sky light insulation

Like windows, however, a skylight can be a source of energy loss if it is not properly insulated. A skylight is mounted in the ceiling, and heat rises in a room. To prevent heat loss, it is best to make sure you have good insulation.

Spotlight cowers

Fire retardant downlight cover for safe, energy efficient installation of downlights in the loft. Creates a safe, airtight cover over downlights in a loft. Reduces heat loss and drafts through ceiling. Reduces the risk of downlights overheating. Complies with current building regulations and tested to all relevant Irish Standards.

Cold water tank and pipe insulation

Cold water tanks housed in the loft can freeze when temperatures drop. Thankfully, it's easy to help prevent this and protect them for years to come by wrapping your cold water tank with an insulating jacket and lagging the pipes. Also stops the dust and dirt falling into the tank and keeps the water clean.
